![]() Landon Terry has dedicated his life to solving crimes, but he can't seem to solve the mystery he believes started his life. He was just one day old when he thinks he was sold. Posted: 6:10 PM Nov 19, 2009 Reporter: Meredith Anderson Email Address: meredith.anderson@wrdw.com AUGUSTA---Landon Terry has dedicated his life to solving crimes, but he can't seem to solve the mystery he believes started his life. He was just one day old when he thinks he was sold. "I've tried the attorney's offices, the hospital. It's almost like, you don't exist," says Terry. But he has proof that he does in his adoption records. He was born at a local hospital on October 16, 1963. His name was Baby Boy Cooper. "And if your mother felt, had you in her arms, believe me. She would not want to give you up," says Barbara Seeger. Seeger would know. She drove three hours from her North Carolina home to meet Landon after News 12 tracked her down on an adoption website. She is looking for her daughter, a little girl born the same year as Landon. A little girl, she says the juvenile court system took from her. "I had agreed to give her up, and I said, that was before I had her. And she told me that if I did not give her up, then when I walked out that door, I would be arrested for vagrancy," remembers Seeger. The "she" Barbara is referring to is Juvenile Court Officer Bee Hamilton, who died in 1988. Barbara has never been able to prove this threat, a threat she believes Hamilton used on many others. But, look what we found in a 1955 court hearing in Miami. A congressional subcommittee was investigating juvenile issues and Bee Hamilton's alleged threats. An attorney, under oath, says this about Hamilton: "One fact that I learned in going through the sections of Augusta and interviewing perhaps hundreds of people in areas where the mothers had their children taken from them, was that the juvenile court was identified with police power." - Ernest A. Mitler, Special Counsel Later, a mother describes how Hamilton showed up at her home with that power to take away her baby and 3 other children. "She brought a policeman with her to get the children. The children cried, and she took them on out. I have never seen and never knowed where 1 of the 4 is at." - Callie Mae Parrish Again, all this came out in 1955. Seeger says Hamilton used that same threat against her 8 years later in 1963. "I don't know what I could have done to fight back. Because I was 19 years old and scared to death, absolutely horrified of Bee Hamilton." As were other mothers who said Hamilton would say anything to get her hands on babies and children. "Babies had died, or you couldn't keep the baby. Or like in your case, I'll have you arrested, thrown in jail. Take the baby anyway. Barbara; oh believe me, that was not a lie!" said Terry. FULL STORY What is alarming is there are tens of thousands of "Bee Hamiltons" operating in the CPS agencies today. Hers is the Standard Mode of Operation. CPS operations are an intolerable offense to American Families, the LAW, and the Constitution. They ARE America's Domestic Terrorists.

| Health
bill could get 34-hour reading in Senate By Joseph Curl Washington Times Thursday, November 19, 2009 The 2,074-page Senate health care bill would take 34 hours to read cover to cover -- and that's just what Sen. Tom Coburn wants done on the Senate floor. The Oklahoma Republican has threatened to invoke parliamentary rules to force the Senate clerk (or more likely, a team of clerks) to read the massive bill before the full Senate begins formal debate on the legislation. The move is strictly according to Senate rules, which say any senator can demand a bill be read in its entirety before debate begins. While Democrats could, if they wish, repeatedly make motions to end the soliloquy, Republicans on the floor could object, and the reading would continue. What's even more interesting is that Senate Rule XIV (paragraph 2) states that every bill and joint resolution "shall receive three readings prior to its passage." FULL STORY Read it or not, the American people say NO! to this bill. We are sick and tired of the Avalanche of Tyranny.

Police Use Taser on 10-Year-Old Girl Wednesday, November 18, 2009 Associated Press OZARK, Ark. — A police officer in a small Arkansas town used a stun gun on an unruly 10-year-old girl after he said her mother gave him permission to do so. Now the town's mayor is calling for an investigation into whether the Taser use was appropriate. According to a report by Officer Dustin Bradshaw, obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press, police were called to the Ozark home Nov. 11 because of a domestic disturbance. When he arrived, the girl was curled up on the floor, screaming, the report said. Bradshaw's report said the girl screamed, kicked and resisted any time her mother tried to get her in the shower before bed. "Her mother told me to tase her if I needed to," Bradshaw wrote. The child was "violently kicking and verbally combative" when Bradshaw tried to take her into custody, and she kicked him in the groin. So he delivered "a very brief drive stun to her back," the report said. The names of the girl and her mother were redacted in the report. Ozark Mayor Vernon McDaniel said Wednesday that the girl wasn't injured and is now at the Western Arkansas Youth Shelter in Cecil. But McDaniel said he wants Arkansas State Police — and if they decline, the FBI — to investigate the incident. The state police declined his request Tuesday. "People here feel like that he made a mistake in using a Taser, and maybe he did, but we will not know until we get an impartial investigation," McDaniel said. Police Chief Jim Noggle said Tasers are a safe way to subdue someone who's a danger to themself or others. No disciplinary action was taken against Bradshaw, he said. "We didn't use the Taser to punish the child — just to bring the child under control so she wouldn't hurt herself or somebody else," Noggle said. If the officer tried to forcefully put the girl in handcuffs, he could have accidentally broken her arm or leg, Noggle said. He said a touch of the stun gun — "less than a second" — stopped the girl from being unruly, and she was handcuffed, he said. FULL STORY Nooo. Can't spank them. 'Send Congress pink slip' campaign on fire News conference, media attention spurs total to 5.5 million sent Posted: November 18, 2009 11:20 pm Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily WASHINGTON – With more members of Congress extolling it and the news media reporting on it, the "Send Congress a pink slip" campaign, organized by WND columnist Janet Porter and WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah, experienced its biggest day ever with another half-million notices sent. Yesterday, four members of the House of Representatives hailed the program in a Capitol news conference, saying it is getting the attention of members on both sides of the aisle. "It's an amazing feat, to get that many slips to Congress," Rep. Steven King, R-Iowa, one of the four members at the press conference, told WND. "If you look through them, you can index each one back to an individual. That's powerful. There is a person behind each one of the slips." FULL STORY |

NEVER Call the Police for “Help” Posted by William Grigg on November 18, 2009 09:42 AM Lew Rockwell Blog “When he came to my house, he was alive,” says East Grand Rapids, Michigan resident Stephen Bolick of his son, Matthew. “When he came out, he was dead.” Matthew, an emotionally troubled 30-year-old, died after being lethally “protected and served” by the local police. During what appeared to be a breakdown of some kind on November 16, Matthew injured himself by crashing through a ground-floor picture window. Desperate for help, Stephen called the police, telling them “I need help getting this kid to a hospital.” According to the official account, after two “veteran” officers showed up, Matthew — who stood 5′6″ tall and weighed all of 135 pounds – “assaulted” one of them. The officer responded by shooting Matthew with a Taser. Several additional Taser charges later, Matthew was dead. His was the second Taser-related death to take place at the hands of East Rapids Police since the department received their new torture toys last January. “The initial 911 call was for help, not an arrest and certainly not for the use of Tasers,” laments Matthew’s bereaved father. The loss of a child of any age is easily the worst thing that can ever happen to a parent. May God comfort Stephen Bolick and the rest of Matthew’s family — and may He give the rest of us the wisdom to understand that it is never a good idea to seek “help” from armed State agents clothed with the supposed authority to kill and trained to see the rest of us as the enemy. |

of Ethics for U.S. Government Service Adopted July 11, 1958 Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring}, That it is the sense of the Congress that the following Code of Ethics should be adhered to by all Government employees, including officeholders. CODE OF ETHICS FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICE Any person in Government service should: 1. Put loyalty to the highest moral principals and to country above loyalty to Government persons, party, or department. 2. Uphold the Constitution, laws, and legal regulations of the United States and of all governments therein and never be a party to their evasion. 3. Give a full day's labor for a full day's pay; giving to the performance of his duties his earnest effort and best thought. 4. Seek to find and employ more efficient and economical ways of getting tasks accomplished. 5. Never discriminate unfairly by the dispensing of special favors or privileges to anyone, whether for remuneration or not; and never accept for himself or his family, favors or benefits under circumstances which might be construed by reasonable persons as influencing the performance of his governmental duties. 6. Make no private promises of any kind binding upon the duties of office, since a Government employee has no private word which can be binding on public duty. 7. Engage in no business with the Government, either directly or indirectly which is inconsistent with the conscientious performance of his governmental duties. 8. Never use any information coming to him confidentially in the performance of governmental duties as a means for making private profit. 9. Expose corruption wherever discovered. 10. Uphold these principles, ever conscious that public office is a public trust. [Source: U.S. House of Representatives Ethics Committee] What happened? So help me God.” Failure to do so is TREASON "Patriotism means to stand by the country. It does not mean to stand by the President or any other public official save exactly to the degree in which he himself stands by the country. ... action against a Pennsylvania city for allowing a Boy Scout to build a
park trail for his Eagle project.Kevin Anderson, 17, worked more than 200 hours on weekends to clear a 1,000-foot walking and biking path at Kimmets Lock Park in east Allentown, putting him in the crosshairs of the local Service Employees International Union, reported the Allentown Morning Call. Local SEIU chief Nick Balzano told the Allentown City Council the union might file a grievance against the city for allowing Anderson to work on the project. "We'll be looking into the Cub Scout or Boy Scout who did the trails," he told the council, the Morning Call reported. Balzano later told the newspaper he isn't targeting Boy Scouts but argued no one but a union member should be allowed to pick up a hoe or shovel, plant a flower or clear a path for the city. "There's to be no volunteers," he said, according to the Morning Call. FULL STORY |

Couple Arrested For Felony Child Abuse Posted: Nov 15, 2009 2:22 PM PST Updated: Nov 15, 2009 6:13 PM PST NewsOn6.com TULSA, OK -- An Owasso couple was arrested after neighbors reported that their two foster children had been left outside in the rain for about five hours late Saturday night. Garold Ray McMillian, 42, and Sherry L. McMillian, 42, were booked on two complaints of felony child abuse. The couple left the foster children, ages 14 and 15, outside in the cold, drizzling weather while they took their two biological children to dinner and to watch movies, according to a report by Owasso Officer Lem Mutii. According to the report, Owasso police officers arrived at the couple's residence to find a juvenile female sitting outside on the ground, shivering and shoeless at about 11:04 p.m. Her brother was in the backyard in an open air fort. The girl “stated that they hadn’t done anything wrong to be locked outside the house, and that this was a regular occurrence,” Mutii says in his report. The report also indicated the children had been asked to leave the residence at about 4 p.m. when the parents left with their biological children. | Satire Bush Still Causing Job Losses and Hardship By Commodore Snoogie Woogums 11/15/2009, 7:00 am People's Cube Dozens of local area workers were left jobless yesterday as the doors closed on their workplace after more than nine years of frisky business. Devastated staff at the "I Hate Bush T-Shirt and Vendor Wear" factory wept as the moment they were dreading finally became a reality: the firm went into bankruptcy in result of sagging orders for their goods and slim prospects for a renewed demand in the future. "The management can say whatever they want, but I personally blame Bush," said Fred Fluger, a longtime employee, as he carried home a storage box filled with "I Hate Bush" shirts, sweaters, boxers, beach towels, and pajamas, with which the cash-stripped company had been paying its workers for the last three months. "It's clearly Bush's fault because he disappeared from the news and stopped making dumb statements, leaving it to Obama to bring him up all the time" fumed Fred Fluger. "Why can't he poke his nose around in world affairs? Hell, even Carter can be counted on to make a post-presidential idiotic statement. What's up with this 'dignified retirement'? I'm sure Bush is doing this with some evil purpose, just like when he blew up the Twin Towers to become a fascist dictator for life, or destroyed New Orleans to test his weather machine. I think Bush hates us and our values. I really do. His silence is a ploy to hurt us and to diminish demand for our selfless work." FULL STORY |

These are the stories no one wants to hear -- children, abused and neglected, some to the point of death. Many of them must leave their families to go into shelters or foster care. Often these children leave their homes with only a garbage bag to hold their clothes and favorite toys, the most are routinely tossed from one temporary placement to another, often ten or twenty times during their most formative, vulnerable years. This is the continuing saga of crimes against Foster children. Children are dying, inside and out... This page is in memory of
children died of neglect or abuse while under the care of the social
service agencies! Many died suspiciously or from neglect. Most of their
lives and deaths went unnoticed. Until now. But you likely never heard of
them. The deaths of these children -- and what government agencies did or
didn't do to save their lives -- Even when they die, their stories are
rarely told. Those Children Were Failed by the System ! Please, don't wait

| Kinship Care More Beneficial Than Foster Care, Study Finds
ScienceDaily (June 4, 2008) -- Children removed from their homes after reports of (alleged) maltreatment have significantly fewer behavior problems three years after placement with relatives than if they are put into foster care, according to new research at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Vulnerable Children Fare Well With Relatives, Study Finds ScienceDaily (Jan. 21, 2009) — Placing vulnerable children with relatives is a viable option, a new study by Cochrane Researchers suggests. In view of several recent high profile child abuse cases, the study may have important policy implications. "We don't know what type of out-of-home care is best for children. But our research suggests that children placed with relatives do as well or better than those placed with foster parents," says lead researcher Marc Winokur, who works at the Social Work Research Center at Colorado State University in the US. In fact it was Adolph Hitler who urged that “the state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people” and who explained, in the words of Rabbi Daniel Lapin, that “as long as government is perceived as working for the benefit of children, the people happily will endure almost any curtailment of liberty.” Using children to tug on our heartstrings may be not only a weakness of the sentimental. It also may be a ploy by those cynical and unscrupulous enough to exploit children for their own purposes. This is likely to be remembered as one of the most diabolical perversions of governmental power in our history, a time when we allowed children to be used and abused by fast-talking government officials and paid for it with our families, our social order and our constitutional rights.-- STEPHEN BASKERVILLE (in about 2000) |

| "There are more than half a million children and youth in the U.S. foster care system today. Studies reveal that children are 11 times more likely to be abused in state care than they are in their own homes, and 7 times more likely to die as a result of abuse in the foster care system."-- John Walsh Show April 16, 2003 |

The AFRA Front Page gets the latest news almost daily. Older items HAVE to come off. Otherwise, the Front Page gets TOO BIG, takes too long to load, gets confusing, and just plain overwhelming. So we have to clean house pretty often. Anything removed in the past month goes on Page 2 Still
can't find it, no matter where you look?
