Couldn't find what you are looking for?

Foremost, we want to supply the info you want and need NOW.

We check our web stats at least once a day to see what people were looking for when they visited us.

And our web stats tell us what they found, or if they just gave up and moved on, searching the internet for the answers.

What makes me tear my hair out is WE DID HAVE THE ANSWER to their question.  But they didn't look until they found it.

Try as hard as we might, by putting the top items in the left-hand menu on the front page, and the Contents page, or the search, people didn't find it.  Stuff that had been on the front page goes on Page 2 and beyond.

So, if you can't find what you were looking for- ASK LEONARD!

Note: I answer every single email I get from this box- often within an hour of your sending it.  Over HALF of my replies to you are being  returned because some people's email service rejects my email.  AOL is especially bad for this. OR people are not typing in their email address correctly.  If you receive no reply within 24 hours, please email me by a different service.
