Your life will be under a microscope for a long time. Avoid even the APPEARANCE of doing something wrong.

Your children (if very young) may suffer nightmares. It may take them a long time to heal from the trauma CPS put them through. They have to feel SAFE. How to do this is a GOOD QUESTION, if they are still having to talk with the CPS people who traumatized them.

Older children will probably feel "empowered" and offer to "call the CPS" to get their way.

CALL THEIR BLUFF- Offer to dial the phone number FOR THEM.
(If they have already been in state custody, it probably was NOT Christmas Every Day* for them, either).

A teenager will probably be totally ruined by his empowerment. For many, the last and only hope is to get him/her enrolled in the National Guard Youth Challenge Program. Our smart-mouthed teen thug even got kicked out of THAT. If the teenager is Belligerent enough, he will soon "solve the problem" by getting himself handcuffed downtown and hauled off to the Youth Authority. Make sure you don't get blamed FOR THAT too, and DEFINITELY point out that the CPS TOTALLY EVISCERATED your AUTHORITY as a parent.

You are going to have to live life as a "pretend New-Age parent". You know how to stay out of trouble with the CPS in the future. If you have a "problem child", KEEP taking him to the counselor. Make sure you are not the problem, while making sure the kid's behavior comes to rest on his own shoulders. Keep your involvement and word quantity as small as possible, so YOU do not become the CENTER OF ATTENTION again.

Do what you can to save your children and help them discover their future. Take them to an exciting evangelical church (won't hurt you either). After dealing with the Satanic Child Protective Service, being around some people who REALLY CARE and want to REALLY HELP is pretty refreshing.

Join your voice with others. Someday, we will overthrow this tyrannical oppression on American Families.

*Christmas Every Day- A term describing how childless couples looking to adopt YOUR child, shower them with every sort of gift and goodie there is.  They can afford to do this because they are generally fairly well off financially (since they have been unburdened with the expenses of having kids).  Not to mention that they are receiving about a thousand dollars a month from the state to be fosters.  Many, if not most fosters are childless, and they are going this route seeking an "economical" way to get a child.  These people primarily want BABIES, or a well-behaved child under 5 years old.  They are hoping that a child old enough to be cognizant of LUXURY will be won over and compliant with the kidnapping.  Of course, the BIG PROBLEM eventually arrives when these clueless surrogate wannabe "parents" have to deal with the SPOILED ROTTEN BRAT problems.  Which may be a prime reason the newspapers have stories all the time about fosters killing kids. (not to mention beating, raping, and starving them).
