"Am I in a court of Constitutional Due Process?"

According to the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Amendment, there are SUPPOSED TO BE serious restrictions upon the government STEALING from you.  The Obamination calls them "Negative Liberties"

NONE of your RIGHTS are to be found in the Family Courts of Administrative Statute "law".

In other words, these courts are exactly the same thing as Volksgerichtshof

The judge will merely inform you that you are "in such and such court".  Ask them again and again if you are in a court of Constitutional Due Process.  

They WILL NOT answer you.  Because you ARE NOT.  Eventually, the "judge" may find you "in contempt of his court".   The next question is "If this is NOT a Constitutional Court of Due Process, what ARE we doing here?"  The answer is- Am I being made a Political Prisoner in the United States of America?.  NO?  Again- "THEN WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?"

Time to re-read the Declaration of Independence and remember WHY our fore fathers fought the Revolutionary War?
