Subject: FAST, False Allegations Solutions Team

FAST is an international, volunteer email organization aimed at helping innocent people falsely accused of child sex abuse. We are not attorneys, and use an educational approach, throughout. We do not charge for our help.

I have a history of working with CPS cases since 1989 (see my background at the end of the newsletters that I attached), and I think we are finally on our way to doing something concrete to fight this monstrous agency! I am reaching out to organizations that are fighting CPS to tell them what we are doing, and to see if your group would like to do it, too. Actually, you have already started contacting US Senators for something else, according to your website.

1. We have put together a DVD that exposes five cases involving CPS. (One of our members' fathers has a video production company. Since we live all over the country, these brave people taped their own segments, and sent the segments to this father. I wrote a script for my husband and me to introduce, explain, and end the video, taped it, and sent it. This father put it all together.)

After we get copies made, we will be sending this compelling DVD to all US Senators. Our purpose is to get them to repeal The Mondale Act, implemented in 1975. (CAPTA, Child Abuse Protection and Treatment Act, Senate Bill #1191, PL 93-247)

As you probably know, The Mondale Act is the underlying source of the CPS problems. This Act called for broad, vague child abuse laws, in order to allow caseworkers more leeway in getting into homes, in order to find really abused children. The US Senate tied federal funding to the Act for every case and every foster home. (Later, a bill was passed that gave the agencies a lot of money for each adoption. too.) If the states wanted the funding, they had to change their clear, specific laws to the broad, vague laws in The Mondale Act. One by one, the states fell in line.

The Mondale Act also called for child abuse hotlines and mandatory reporters, but did not state that caseworkers screening the calls, must have specific, intelligent training, to be able to screen out false reports. Hence, 2-3rds of all reports are eventually found to be false. Of those CPS deems valid, only 15% involve real child abuse or neglect.

The people whose cases are on the DVD will also write FBI headquarters, via certified mail, asking them to watch the DVD.

Our members are sending letters about their own cases, to their own in-state, local FBI headquarters. (You can find these local offices on the FBI website, by state.)

We have discovered that the FBI investigates government agencies, bureaucracies and their personnel, if an individual's civil liberties are being violated. That happens all the time.

They also investigate corrupt agencies, etc. when fraud is being perpetrated by government agencies, etc. The fraud, as we see it, is taking children wrongly, in order to get the federal funding for cases, foster homes, and adoption. Using "wrongly taking children" as a criterion for fraud, they also perpetrate fraud when they hire attorneys, therapists, and other professionals, for the wrongly taken children, and more.

Many of our false allegations of child sex abuse cases started life in Child Protective Services, and were then handed on to the local District Attorney for criminal prosecution. We believe that the problem starts with CPS, and the police follow suit.

CPS has a hard and fast policy: They ALWAYS believe the child. The police now do the same in almost all cases. (Our five cases exposed on the FAST DVD, clearly show that CPS ALWAYS believes the child.) Because of that, they rarely investigate the accused person's side. Why should they, if the child is always telling the truth? This policy is not even rational in today's world, as you know. Children DO lie about sex abuse.

1. Get your people to contact their local FBI offices with their cases. They need to write a letter and send it certified. Phone calls are not enough, although it is good to follow the letter with a phone call, or call first, and then send the letter. They can include a little of their documentation, to prove they are telling the truth.

I attached The FAST Letter, June, Issue #2, 2008, "FAST working toward an FBI investigation of the child service agencies." It is also on the website. This article was written before we found out that it is best to also show that fraud is involved.

2. Get your people to write their state senators, just as you are already doing, but this time, ask the senators to repeal the Mondale Act, and write a new act with clear, specific laws governing child abuse.

FYI: We are also getting the video condensed and made so that we have have a link to it on our website. It is 1.5 hours long, and needs special software to do that. One of our members is doing it. Other members will be burning the DVD's.
