We check our web stats often to see what people are looking for when they search the web for information about their CPS cases.
We note that one of the most popular search criteria they use is "need lawyer to fight cps".
For years, we have maintained a list of lawyers who have contacted us expressing interest in being listed as specializing in child welfare defense cases.
We also link to Linda Martin's "Fight CPS" site, where she started a Lawyers who take CPS defense cases page, and we note quite a few lawyers did offer their services.
It seems that it might be a great idea to offer a place for lawyers to list their availability and desire to take cases here at AFRA.
Please! We want to hear from LAWYERS ONLY. We don't want references to lawyers and websites. We want to hear only the lawyers themselves authorizing their listing and what they would like their listings to say.
So, if you are a lawyer experienced in defending people who are accused by CPS, who would like to be listed on this page, please let Leonard Henderson know.
Our listing of lawyers will be a service to both the lawyers and potential clients who might contact them.
