Last year, I was cleaning up my computer desktop. One item I came across was a poignant photo of a FLDS girl alone on a bus waving goodbye to her home and the life she knew.

As I was looking at this image, it struck me that- This IS a photo of the "Best Interest of the Child".

And then it struck me- This is a NEW Civil Right

That is, the child has the "right" to have her life decisions made for her by government. HER "BEST INTEREST" CIVIL RIGHT. FULL STORY

We at American Family Rights Association help people who find themselves ensnared in CPS' talons and needless to say, we genuinely abhor CPS. They are an extremely powerful, well-funded, connected, very dangerous criminal operation.

False Allegation and Character Assassination is their specialty. They do nothing else. They are NOT "investigators" . They are "validators".

Those terrible cases of child abuse and murder cited to support the "need" for CPS, are NEVER "investigated" or "prosecuted" by CPS- Because those are CRIMES, handled by POLICE investigators and the DA. To the contrary of what everybody THINKS CPS is for, they are NOT. CPS in reality does NOTHING but fabricate "civil" lawsuits from thin air, mostly by Character Assassination.

There's no limit to the "Nifonging" and "Walthering" in Family Court. The only person in that unconstitutional courtroom of NO DUE PROCESS who is NOT part of the "prosecution team"- is the PARENT. Everybody there has their part of the soap opera memorized, and the PARENT is supposed to "ad lib". Unless of course, the parents can afford and FIND a lawyer who WILL present a "vigorous defense" at the risk of his Bar License. See "What Happens in the Fog"

Does that "frame" the magnitude of evil they are capable of?

We are completely sick and tired of CPS hiding their dirty dealing behind the socialist phrase- "in the child's best interest".

The term itself originates in the 1959 United Nations Declaration of the Rights of the Child, Principle 2 and 7. (http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/25.htm)

There is likely no phrase in our language more dangerous to children than "the best interests of the child", because it's the banner enabling the worst sort of unconstitutional government officious intrusion into families. In this and many other cases, the phrase has enabled CPS to cause the DEATHS of children. And HIDE as many deaths as possible.

The "services" the government "provides" to parents whose children the government has KIDNAPPED- are a FRAUD, having NOTHING to do with actually "reuniting the family" as required by law. The "reunion" is not promised. It is merely IMPLIED.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, whoever, whether inside or outside the United States, seizes or detains and threatens to kill, to injure, or to continue to detain another person in order to compel a third person or a governmental organization to do or abstain from doing any act as an explicit or implicit condition for the release of the person detained, or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be punished by imprisonment for any term of years or for life and, if the death of any person results, shall be punished by death or life imprisonment.

If a child is kidnapped from a safe home only to be beaten, raped, or killed in foster care, how is that "in the best interest of the child"?

What CPS is doing IS a Federal Capital Crime. There's no spinning it. There's no "smiley face" to put on it. There are a large number of CPS people and their colluding contractors who deserve to be in prison.

CPS has no moral authority to exist. See World Net Daily July 24, 2008 Poll "WHO'S YOUR DADDY? What is the proper role of the federal government in child rearing?" Results? 98% against. NOBODY wants government in families, except 94 Marxist nut cases out of 4500+ responders.
