I LOVE this job!

As I have said on occasion, I check the AFRA Web Stats at least once a day to see what people were looking for when they found AFRA, and more importantly whether they FOUND what they were looking for.

When people typed in some sort of search words into a Search Engine along the line of "I need help fighting CPS" the search engine drops them directly at AFRA's "How to Fight CPS" page.

Many of those visits show that the person read on and might have clicked on several linked pages.  And having been in that exact situation myself, the more that somebody knows how much trouble they are in, the longer their visit and the more pages they read.

In my particular case, I spent about a week straight searching the internet for the ANSWERS I needed to defend myself.  I found the particular tidbits I needed to defeat the fallacy of "Syndrome Evidence" at Rick Thoma's Lifting the Veil.

Those people with the drive to search, read, learn, and act have a fighting chance of winning their CPS cases.  Or like I did, get the bogus case SHUT DOWN with a Grievance

Or at the very minimum, get the Truth on the Record so they have appealable issues in the future.

My heart jumps for joy, knowing that every day, AFRA helps give a few people some HOPE and not feel so utterly HELPLESS in this god-forsaken system.  I consider it a Ministry.  I LOVE THIS JOB!

None of us at AFRA get a dime for it.  It's my recreation-  What I do for FUN.

On the other hand, my heart just sinks when the visitor stayed a few seconds and then just clicked on.  My mind screams "The answer you were looking for was RIGHT HERE!"

Some visitors seem not to see the menu or the bright yellow boxes with red letters in them.  Maybe some people don't know about scrolling down.  Whatever is on the screen is all they think there is?  There's a real limit to what a webmaster can get on one screen, yanno?

I wish so much that we could track them down and SHOW them where the answers are.  But I can't.  The best I can do is put this on the front page every few feet down the page-

Not finding what you came here looking for?

We want you to get the info you need!

I put the information on, try to somehow index it so people can eventually find what they need to know, and keep the content fresh and interesting for the repeat visitors.  I am first and foremost an EDUCATOR, and see no goal  higher than teaching people their American Civics, Constitutional Rights, Miranda Rights, HOW TO FIGHT CPS, and do their own court papers.  It really is to the point that you have to become your own lawyer in order to survive in this schizophrenic society.  It's getting worse all the time.  We now have an Avalanche of Tyranny from governments.

American families are in a WAR, whether they know it or not, and it behooves ALL FAMILIES be ready to answer America's Domestic Terrorist when she brings the allegation to YOUR DOOR.

I want to thank those who find the AFRA site, learn from it and USE the information they gleaned to WIN!

I LOVE THIS JOB because I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE!

Have you seen AFRA News Today?
http://familyrights.us/news

I am not a lawyer and I do not pretend to give legal advice. If you need legal advice, see AFRA's Lawyer Friends who certainly are not pretenders (http://familyrights.us/info/law) I merely relate the things I learned in the past that seemed to work in my own case or things that others have related to me that worked in their cases. I provide information for free and do not expect to receive any form of payment or reward on this side of heaven. Therefore, DO NOT rely on this information as legal advice. Real Legal advice would come from a real lawyer who hates CPS and prepares a VIGOROUS DEFENSE against a negative (proving nothing happened) instead an ATTORNEY (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/attorn) talking you into a plea bargain (http://familyrights.us/bin/The_Problem_with_Plea_Bargaining.htm)

TOTALITARIANISM IN AMERICA

Mass incarcerations without trial or charge; forced confessions; children forcibly separated from their parents with no reasons given; doctored hearing transcripts and falsified court records; evidence fabricated against the innocent; government agents entering the homes, examining private papers and personal effects, and seizing the property of citizens who are under no suspicion of legal wrongdoing; special courts created specifically to convict people who cannot be convicted in ordinary courts; children instructed to hate their parents by state functionaries:

Is all this the Soviet Union in the 1930s or Communist China in the 1960s? Is this some novelist’s prognosticated dystopia?

No, all this and more is routine in the United States today.   Full Story

Not since the overthrow of the Weimar Republic have the leaders of a major democracy used their offices and the mass media to disseminate invective against millions of their own citizens.  In fact it was Adolph Hitler who urged that the state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people” and who explained, in the words of Rabbi Daniel Lapin, that “as long as government is perceived as working for the benefit of children, the people happily will endure almost any curtailment of liberty.”  Using children to tug on our heartstrings may be not only a weakness of the sentimental. It also may be a ploy by those cynical and unscrupulous enough to exploit children for their own purposes. This is likely to be remembered as one of the most diabolical perversions of governmental power in our history, a time when we allowed children to be used and abused by fast-talking government officials and paid for it with our families, our social order and our constitutional rights.-- STEPHEN BASKERVILLE (in about 2000)
