From the very beginning of AFRA, we have carefully regulated our "free speech". It has been common knowledge for at least 30 years that there are some things that cannot be said.  You know, stuff like our Founding Fathers said.  Quaint old Spirit of 1776 stuff.

Through the years, we have railed against the lawless and tyrannical Children's "Protective" "Services" (CPS). 

• It seems not to matter that CPS has no business even being in existence in the United States.
     
• It seems to matter not that CAPTA 1974 was never really "for the Children"- It was about Fritz Mondale running for President. 
   
• It seems to matter not that the states hastily-prepared "legislation" to implement the programs to COLLECT THE MONEY eviscerated the "Rule of Law", the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, Miranda Rights, and Due Process.

"You do not examine legislation in the light of the benefits it will convey if properly administered; but in the light of the wrongs it would do and the harms it would cause if improperly administered." -Lyndon B. Johnson  

So for the past 35 years, we have had NON SWORN, non law enforcement, non elected government thug employees running around bound by no ethics and NO LAW- scooping up the kids by the van loads for no definition of "abuse" or doing no such thing as an actual "investigation" by the definitions you think the words mean.

Oh wait a minute, they are sort of supposed to observe 42 U.S.C. § 671 (a) (15) and 672 (a) (1) which is Reasonable Efforts and Relative Placement.  But they don't, and frankly almost nobody in officialdom cares.  One recent exception is- 

So, in that case, not bothering to obey the "law" and trying to FRAUDULENTLY collect the money didn't work out so well for those particular thugs.  They simply didn't get the MONEY.  No crimes charged.

Now the really DUMB-FOUNDING thing is, in spite of an avalanche of US District Court decisions against the normal CPS modes of operation, state agencies aren't bothering to even mention such trivial things to their front line "workers".  Neither does any discussion of Constitutional Rights come up.  In fact, CPS people are just as ignorant of American Civics as anybody else in the US today.  If not more so.

AFRA has always, from day one, been about EDUCATION.  Trying to educate CPS people and their victims about Constitutional Rights. 

I remember the day it occurred to me that my CPS worker was egregiously violating my rights.  The words came out of my mouth "Wait a minute!  Don't I have have RIGHTS?". 

That made her mad as a wet hen.  She was always mad anyway, but that question sent her PMS ballistic.  She threatened me with every sickening threat she could think of.  If I had known then what I know now, I think I could have mopped the floor with her.  I still think about it once in a while, but figure the Statute of Limitations has long passed. 

What the heck, even if I had known and acted on her Color of Law  Constitutional Rights violations, the constitutionally uninhibited courts are unashamedly "Part of the Prosecution Team" and the CPS worker's accusation is the proof of the accusation.  Because they said so.  Backed up with Credentialism. 

Becoming a Foster Parent has become the new "Home Business".  An actual "Cottage Industry".  Do the math- You get at least $700 to $1000 a month PER KID.  Tax Free.  Like any other business, your profit margin is the difference between Cost and Gross income.  You don't have to be a financial genius to figure out that having 2 kidnapped kid is about the "break even" point that competes pretty well with an average job with it's transportation expenses, and INCOME TAXES.

AARP, the communist club for us old farts, constantly wrings it's hands about the communist Social Security funds being depleted.  Try as hard as I might, I cannot get those dumb bunnies to see that the big holes in the bucket are Title IV and Title XX, and CPS probably dips really hard into Title V, Title XIV, Title XVI, Title XVIII, Title XIX, and Title XXI.  Then too, we have heard of cases where CPS applied several times on the same kid.  But I guess everything is "on the up and up", since the GAO won't look into it.

So what about our trying to do something about it? 

We and numerous others have written ad nauseum to our state and federal Senators and Representatives.  You are lucky to even get an acknowledgment of receipt.  If you do, it's some standard glib universal message like:  "Thank you for contacting your representative.  We appreciate your participation in the democratic process".  Yeah, well I read the Communist Manifesto and the Humanist Manifestos, and I know what "democratic process" means to a Constitutional Republic- Rule by the incited mob.

And we are supposed to genuflect and say "Wow.  My representative listened to ME!"

I have observed however, that any dumb smuck sitting in a Public Library can type in an email THREAT to one of our fearless leaders, and we have heard stories of a drunk in a bar blowing steam at the TV- "Shumbuddy otta plug that summabitch betweensh the running ligsht!"

The Black Suburbans are there PROMPTLY.

Therefore, the wise may infer from that and learn that THERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU JUST AREN'T ALLOWED SAY.  There are some uses of "free speech" that are impermissible.

So what can we say about these lawless CPS thugs, these Domestic Terrorists, showing up at our front door with nothing but a mouthful of lies and threats, to KIDNAP our children and do a Character Assassination on us, who are-

What will we do?

Do we tell her about our Constitutional Fourth Amendment Right that she needs a Search Warrant"

Do we tell her about our Constitutional Fifth Amendment Right to Remain Silent and have a lawyer present?

Do we tell her about our Miranda Rights?

No, most people don't know this stuff which is DUMB FOUNDING because they hear it every night on TV at least a couple times.

So what do we do when she doesn't give a hoot about your Constitutional Rights?  

We heard of a case once where an accompanying "Sworn to uphold, support and defend the Constitution of the United States" police officer told a parent that "Those are just for TV.  This is the REAL WORLD".

Most people cave in.  

The CPS "worker" assures them that if they don't, "I WILL TAKE THE KIDS NOW".  Under such duress, they fearfully let the CPS "worker" in their house to "look around", volunteering away their Fourth Amendment Right.  They talk with the CPS "worker", volunteering away their Fifth Amendment and Miranda Rights.  They let the CPS "worker" talk with the kids, volunteering away THE KID'S Fourth, Fifth, and Miranda Rights.  Which is about the only "right" a parent is given- to volunteer their children to the government.

This is what happens when nobody knows their Constitutional Rights and the government employee is incompetent or malfeasant.

The kids' rights?  The system says the kids' rights are whatever the government says they are.  "In the child's best interest".  The term itself originates in the 1959 United Nations Declaration of the Rights of the Child, Principle 2 and 7. (http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/25.htm)

Isn't that special?  

None of this is a "mistake".  They are doing it deliberately.  They are waging WAR on the American Family.  They destroy every life they touch.  In reality, the Convention on the Rights of the Child has been de facto in force in the United States ever since CAPTA '74.

So here we are today.   The country is absolutely bankrupt.  One in 31 adults are in prison.  Six Hundred thousand kids are in Fostercarceration.  These insolent Domestic Terrorists are still running around kidnapping kids from often good homes for the phoniest reasons, and pretending they have the "moral authority" to do so.  

It would seem that a thinking person with such a "job" that presents their victims with such a cornucopia of officious abuse and hopeless impossibility, could consider the times and the environment and perhaps change jobs for safety's sake.
