Another question that pops often up in our Web Counter. People are finding AFRA by doing internet searches for "Does CPS have the right to come in my home?"
Again, what part of SANCTITY OF THE AMERICAN HOME do people not understand? The "Sanctity of the American Home" means the Fourth Amendment Rights.
The answer to the question is NO, DAMNIT, YOU DON'T HAVE TO LET THE CPS MONSTERS IN YOUR OWN HOME. They have no business in your home WHATSOEVER (without a search warrant).
If you let them in, even if you just hired a professional Maid Service, they WILL find something to complain about. It has NOTHING to do with "something to hide".
It has EVERYTHING to do with your Fourth and Fifth Amendment Constitutional Rights.
.DO NOT FORGET- you have the Miranda Right to SHUT UP. Don't invite these monsters in your house and don't tell them ANYTHING. Most of the time, they have NO CASE until you start running your mouth. Every word you tell them gets twisted into their Character Assassination on you.
