wins jury trial!
Many of you should be aware of the story
involving Dana Lawhon - The Oklahoma City woman who was charged with
violating a VPO back in 2008 and 2009- The result of OKDHS - CHILD WELFARE
SPECIALIST, Antiffany Mcdaniel - Fears, filing a Victim's Protection Order
against Dana Lawhon; alleging that Dana Lawhon had "threatened to
shoot" Ms. Mcdaniel - Fears. Ms. Mcdaniel - fears, along with 1
Midwest City Police Officer and Two Oklahoma City Police Officers, alleged to
have recordings of said threat.
Making a long story short, Dana Lawhon was incarcerated on a number of
occasions, related to the VPO filed by Ms. McDaniel - Fears, and complained
numerous times that she was being "harassed by OKDHS and falsely accused as
a result of her exposing OKDHS's illegal removal of her grandchild, and
doctoring a drug test" which was administered to her grandchild's mother
(post removal of the grandchild).
It is my absolute
pleasure to announce to you all, with Dana's permission, that Dana Lawhon was
found "NOT GUILTY", by a JURY OF HER PEERS, this morning.
Please join me in congratulating Dana on her victory; and know that her victory
was achieved, in large part, as a result of the support of her friends and
family, her persistence, and impeccable record - keeping skills.
You will surely hear more about this as the weeks pass.

That insane (yes she is on psych meds) lying DHS agent needs to be in prison in
a straight jacket, hand cuffs and leg irons, as well as her comrades who have
supported this gross miscarriage of justice.
Dana deserves ONE TRILLION
DOLLARS for the damages OKDHS has done to her and her
family.
There are thousands more in Oklahoma and across the
nation who have been equally maltreated by the evil CPS system.
