Some time ago, a pro-child protection individual climbed my frame over the tone and content of the AFRA website.  This person thought that instead of exposing all the abuse done by the freaks who work for Child Protective Services  (CPS), they thought we should rather be educating people about parenting.

I told that person that would be a great idea, except for the fact that most of the people who find the AFRA website only do so AFTER they are in trouble with CPS.  And besides, shouldn't CPS be doing the proactive education about how much trouble parents will be in if they don't achieve communist new age parenting perfection?

Lately however, I am seeing some visitors in our web counter who searched for criteria that could certainly help them out if they knew it BEFORE CPS came into their lives.

Drugs

For instance, somebody recently found the AFRA website when they searched the internet looking for "can cps take my child if I smoke marijuana".

Yes "Denny Dimwit", CPS can take your kids for smoking marijuana.  And crack, and cocaine, and opium, and oxycontin, or whatever other drug you can think of.  And lately if you take prescribed anti-psychotics too.  Or if they decide you "need to".

Generally speaking, if you are doing ANYTHING remotely unlawful, or "different", or nothing at all- CPS will take your kids on a whim and lie about you too.  It's fascism, not rocket science.

Smoking

CPS really frowns on you smoking cigarettes around kids.

Seat Belts- Child car seats

If you are driving with a child not seat belted or baby or toddler improperly secured in a car seat, it is now "child abuse".  They don't care if you did belt the kid in and he removed it while you were driving, and you didn't know it.  Seriously, if you have a kid who unfastens his seat belt you can tell him he could end up doped out of his head in foster care.  And it wouldn't be an exaggerated threat.

Wandering Child

Another regularly occurring CPS intervention news story is the Wandering Child. I would like to believe that this is a worn out parent going to sleep while watching a child.  The child takes advantage of it's FREEDOM and goes exploring.  Lots of CPS trouble for the parent in that case.  You have to be the Perfect Parent at all times.  Or else.  Unless of course you are a Foster, then you are a HERO, even while asleep

Rebellion and Tantrums

If your child throws fits in public, it's your fault for having a spoiled rotten brat.  If you try to do anything about it whatsoever, people will report you to the Abuse Hotline.  People don't like spoiled rotten brats, and they don't like seeing a spoiled rotten brat be punished or corrected in any way.  We have heard of cases where CPS even charged some parents for "excessive time outs".  CPS doesn't want kids to be corrected or punished in any way for bad behavior.  CPS will kidnap your spoiled rotten brat and dope him out of his head in foster care.  Problem solved until they age out.

SPANKING

Please note the prominent warning in a bright yellow box at the top of that page.  Even though every state has some statute allowing spanking: WARNING- The existence of these laws are in NO WAY a DEFENSE for actually spanking a child in the United States. 

Said succinctly, at this time it is dangerous to spank a child in post freedom Amerika.  However, I personally let my kids know that if they pushed it far enough, I would.  And they believed me.  You bet spanking works.  It works well and it worked for millennia.  That's why the communist CPS bans it.  See How Dr. Spock destroyed America

Shaking a baby

We are seeing a lot of cases going to trial about young parents who have allegedly shaken a baby, causing brain damage or death of the baby.  I am an old daddy to a lot of kids, and I have personally never believed this claim.  I don't believe for a second that you can shake a baby hard enough to cause brain damage.  I would believe neck damage, but they never mention that.  I wrote an article 8 years ago on the subject- New (First Time) Parent?

If you're feeling helpless and you "CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE", it doesn't take a genius to figure out that shaking or slapping a little baby and screaming "SHUT UP" does any good. They haven't developed the brain function equal to a CAT yet! If you shake and slap a cat while screaming at it, it will probably claw you.

There is a good possibility that these "Shaken Baby" cases are really child deaths due to vaccinations, and the parents are victims of a billions of dollars cover-up.

Dirty Dishes- Dirty House

Another visitor to the AFRA website we see often asks "can CPS take my kids away for a dirty house".

Yes they do.  And they do it often.  You've seen the newspaper write ups- Some policeman or CPS person always makes a remark like "This was the worst I have ever seen".

We did a web page on that subject last year- WHERE IS THE LAW about a "messy house"?

So far, nobody has shown me any actual LAW about it at all.  So whatever these people might ask or demand, my first question is "Can you please show me the LAW about that?"

PROACTIVE ADVISE

Clean up your house and your life.

Obviously, if your house is a mess or your life is a mess, your CPS worker is going to use every bit of it against you. 

Shacking up with a boyfriend is the path to hell. Generally speaking, boyfriends have NO "natural affection" for your children, and they are the #1 baby rapists and child abusers and killers, at the TOP of any statistical data.

So this is something YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT. Clean up. Quit smoking. Whatever you are doing that you KNOW is wrong, the choice is between your laziness, habits, lifestyle choices, CATS, and YOUR KIDS.

You choose. If you can't, then don't complain about what happens.

SEX- PORN

Do you find your kids or other people's kids sexually attractive?  You had better be seriously finding something else to get your attention on.  Nobody but the freaks at NAMBLA thinks that is OK.  Computers can be useful for a lot of things, but PORN isn't one of them.

POVERTY

Here's a nasty one.  The Bible says "For the poor always ye have with you.." John 12:8.  But now it's child abuse.  Several years ago, Oregon combined all their offices together.  So when you lose your job and are in danger of losing your housing, you go to the communists and try to get help, like Food Stamps, rental assistance, or Section 8 housing.  

So Oregon popularized their motto "No wrong door".  Meaning that no matter what office you went in, if you have young children, all doors lead to CPS.  

Isn't that great?  There's a good reason we call Oregon "The Soviet Union of the West". 

Don't laugh.  Your state is not a lot better.

The truth is, the government declared WAR on the American family in 1974 with the CAPTA act. Every bit of legislation done since has increased the MONEY for kidnapping children.

So if you happen to be reading this article BEFORE CPS has come into your life, RUN, don't walk- to go read our articles If you are ever approached by anyone from social services... and WHEN THEY COME AFTER YOU.

If you have children old enough to understand, teach them their Fourth Amendment Rights, which the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has just recently determined to apply to KIDS.  Fourth Amendment rights upheld for KIDS  

You might also be interested in printing up and laminating Reverse Miranda cards to give to your kids, especially if they are in government schools being turned into the newest generation of brainwashed vapid little commies to vote "progressive".

And it certainly wouldn't hurt you a bit to learn YOUR Constitutional Rights and Miranda Rights too, since the schools didn't teach you about them either.

Be ready for the day a CPS agent knocks on your front door.
