Good
Enough Homes
A concept whose time has come
I am a little flummoxed
at trying to remember where I saw the term "Good
Enough Homes", because I would sure like to give the
inventor credit for it.
So what does the term mean?
I am thinking about the ads "Free puppies to a Good Home". Certainly nobody really wants their cute little puppies going to a bad home, do they?
So what's the difference between a "good home" and a "bad home"? Is there a set of standards that apply? Whose standards? Who decides? Who is really qualified to judge?
If you had a huge litter of pups and you are down to your last one or two ugliest ones and not many people are showing up to look at them, "Good Enough Homes" are perfectly acceptable.
Likewise, most children are born into some sort of a home. Most children are received with great love in their families. Motherhood is a powerful instinctive force.
I highly doubt there is such a thing as Perfect Families. But the record is complete against CPS kidnapping kids and interring them in foster carceration or "residential care".
We certainly have a problem with kids being kidnapped from their homes and made Legal Orphans for absurd reasons.
So WHAT IS a "Good Enough Home"?
|
#1- No sexual abuse. And if there is, the other parent didn't necessarily know about it, let alone condone it. #2- Moderate drinking not a problem if plenty of food for everybody. AAA if there really is a problem. #3- Bedrooms- not enough for each kid has been no problem in the history of mankind- until about 40 years ago. #4- Pets- A problem only if not potty trained and litter boxes cleaned every once in a while. #5- Dirty house?- What's the problem with the kids helping keep it clean? Aren't there alleged "services" to help with this? #6- Parents arguing? Seriously, what couple doesn't argue? How does that damage the kids? #7- Not enough food? Help the family obtain more food. #8- Impoverished, bankrupt, homeless? For the amount of money the government spends on kidnapping the kids, the family could have Section 8 housing, couldn't they? #9- Unemployed? There are jobs Americans will do. Especially if the consequence is being childless and legally abused. #10- Mental Illness? Real or contrived? Stuff the bogus "emotional abuse" accusations. |
I am sure there are plenty more scenarios. But we know that CPS agents will handle them in the most bizarre, brainless, adversarial, and legally abusive way possible.
The concept of "Good Enough Homes" is totally foreign to CPS agents. But the USA is broke. Trillions of dollars in debt.
This CPS kidnapping, incarcerating, parental alienation, legal abuse, doping game is done.
"Good Enough Homes"- a concept whose time has come.
