Who ticked Leonard Henderson off this badly?

• In 1997, Henderson's WENT TO CPS for HELP with an out-of-control teenage boy.  
   
• In 1999, Stephanie Williams went after Leonard Henderson, a very successful 49 year-old "Daddy" of 10 children, (three of whom were already grown adults) and tried to paint him with the same brush-stroke as a 19-year-old "doper dad".
   
• Stephanie Williams tried to Assassinate the Character of one of Wallowa County's well-known and respected businessmen and community leaders and apparently ignored Leonard Henderson's unimpeachable reputation for honesty and honor from living his lifetime of open, straightforward upright, moral behavior before his peers.
   
• Stephanie Williams apparently had never read the local newspaper, or she would have known that Leonard Henderson had already been quite vocal for 25 years about the incursion of socialist agencies into We the People's sovereign lives and businesses. 
   
• Stephanie Williams in her mendacious Maledicency, fabricated or orchestrated a bizarre allegation against Leonard Henderson that he had "long term mentally injured" his out-of-control stepson and she tried to use a specious "diagnosis" of "Post traumatic stress disorder" as "evidence".  This is called "Syndrome Evidence".  The "long term mental injury" was allegedly because Leonard TALKED with the out-of-control teenager about his "bad choices".
   
• Stephanie Williams  CREATED "lose-lose" situations and scenarios for Leonard Henderson.
   
• Stephanie Williams forced  OFFICIOUS "Services" upon Leonard Henderson.  She assigned vapid, incompetent childless "parent trainers" to teach the old dad (of 10 children, 3 of whom were already ADULTS) "new parenting techniques" which childless, low-IQ "parent trainers" had NO CLUE of what they were doing.  They had NO "new parenting techniques" to relate beyond "time out" and "chair sitting", which sorry jokes for discipline are totally inapplicable to a violent, dangerous, out-of-control teenage boy.
   
• Stephanie Williams commandeered at LEAST 3 days a week of Leonard Henderson's valuable time operating his BUSINESSES that fed and provided housing for his family, for her ridiculous plans to "fix" her OPINION of Leonard Henderson.  Leonard Henderson was required to drive 200 miles round trip on Fridays to get the "kid" for a "home visit", the same 200 miles round trip on Mondays to return the "kid" to the "residential treatment facility", and Wednesdays for the "parenting class" with above mentioned childless, low-IQ "parent trainers.
   
• Stephanie Williams ENABLED "the kid"- resulting with the good name of Henderson often appearing in the local newspaper.  
   
• Stephanie Williams (according to "the kid's" story) told "the kid" that "He didn't have to do anything Leonard Henderson told him".  Whether the kid's story was true or not, Leonard Henderson's authority as a parent was certainly disfranchised.

• Stephanie Williams'  false allegations and malicious "investigation" DESTROYED Leonard Henderson's health and he lost his 3 businesses because of his health failure.  
   
• Stephanie Williams enabled and empowered the "out of control" teenage boy to commit more crimes while in fostercarceration, which boy-man was finally DUMPED ON THE STREET with no diploma or GED, no job skills or simple LIFE SKILLS when he turned 18 and the Social Security money dried up.
    
• Stephanie Williams EDUCATED Leonard Henderson that CPS has absolutely NO CLUE how (or intention) to HELP families.
   
• Stephanie Williams EDUCATED Leonard Henderson that CPS is completely incompetent and corrupt TERRORISTS from the top to the bottom.
   
• Stephanie Williams EDUCATED Leonard Henderson that CPS is completely IGNORANT of the Constitution of the United States and completely unaware of the unalienable rights GUARANTEED to citizens by the Amendments to the Constitution.
   
• Stephanie Williams EDUCATED Leonard Henderson that CPS cares about kids like fleas care about dogs.
   
• Stephanie Williams EDUCATED Leonard Henderson that CPS is a plague, an evil disease upon the land.
   
• Stephanie Williams EDUCATED Leonard Henderson that CPS workers are SOCIOPATHS and their highest possible use is scrubbing toilets in prison.
