the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law; wrongdoing (used esp. of an act in violation of a public trust). Compare misfeasance

...allegedly because they are "over-worked", "under-paid", and "under-trained"

The news across the United States and Canada is FULL of stories about the DIRTY DEEDS CPS and "Human Services" have committed against the people. 

There is no way to paste an angelic "happy face" on what they are and what they have been doing.  

We are SICK AND TIRED of the excuses.  We are sick and tired of the STONEWALLING.  These people are knowingly COMMITTING CAPITAL CRIMES against the American family to defraud the Federal Funding Streams.  It's no "mistake".  It's a CRIME.  

These are gross violations of THE HIGHEST LAW IN THE LAND, the Constitution of the United States of America.  These are violations of the Basic Rights, aka Bill of Rights, and it is inconceivable to claim "ignorance" as a defense.

Us "regular folks" have had "IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE" crammed down our throats for years because no one can be 100% compliance with the hundreds of thousands of laws already on the books- with thousands more added every year.  Much less IMAGINARY CRIMES coming from the OPINION of CPS case workers. Parents definitely are overworked, underpaid, and under-trained because it's to the point that you have to be a lawyer in order to be a parent and keep your kids.  If parents make any "mistake", it's One Strike and you're out.  Parent's don't get a "warning".

These people have knowingly been DESTROYING American Families for the past 30 years.  They have been DENYING American parents AND children their Constitutional Rights.  They have knowingly been committing FRAUD upon the Federal Government for the Federal Funding Streams.

We have several cases where parents while being stomped have asked-

"What about my Civil Rights?  What about my Miranda Rights?"- 

Only to be told "Oh that's only on TV.  This is the REAL WORLD we're in"

Now, the CAPITAL CRIMES these government employees and their contractors have been perpetrating against America's families are finally coming home to roost on their heads.  

From Florida to Washington State, Oregon to Maine, South Carolina, Missouri, and about every state in-between- the lid is finally coming off the Organized Crime Ring that the Child Abuse Industry has become.

PBS Frontline has done numerous stories on the corrupt child abuse industry, and many, many "investigative reports" have been done by TV stations and the newspapers

These are not "mistakes".  It is the standard Mode of Operation for every CPS agency in every westernized country in the world.

The case against CPS' totalitarian attitude grows every day.

But-

  • Florida's agency is still in business.  

  • Massachusetts' agency is still in business.

  • South Carolina's agency is still in business.

  • Oregon's agency is still in business.

  • Washington State's agency is still in business.

  • California's agency is still in business.

  • New York's agency is still in business

  • New Jersey's agency is still in business

  • Oklahoma's agency is still in business

  • Arizona's agency is still in business

  • New Mexico's agency is still in business

  • Colorado's agency is still in business

  • Michigan's agency is still in business.

  • Wisconsin's agency is still in business.

  • Ohio's agency is still in business

  • Pennsylvania's agency is still in business

  • Maine's agency is still in business.

  • Missouri's agency is still in business.

What IS their business? Child Protection? 

No, their business is to harvest the Federal Funding Streams and Social Security Title IV funds. The Child Protection angle is just a SCAM

They care about kids like fleas care about dogs

Nobody from any agency has received Capital Punishment for their crimes against Americans

So far as we know, the FBI has not investigated ANYBODY for Color of Law Civil Rights Violations.

On 5-29-2002 the FBI Announced their NEW STRATEGIC FOCUS.  The fourth point (even before "Protect Civil Rights") was "Combat Public Corruption at all levels". 

So far as we know, the FBI has not done one blessed thing about combating Public Corruption.

The Child Abuse Industry and their contractors ARE PUBLIC CORRUPTION in all the Colors of the Rainbow.

They have been committing Capital Crimes against Americans.

No "mistake" about it.

Missouri corruption is so busted and exposed, it is mind-boggling to watch them attempt to justify it as "mistakes".

Oregon corruption is so busted and exposed, you have to wonder why they don't get on a plane and head for Belize while they can (like Mt. Angel, Oregon's mayor did last year and the news NEVER even mentioned it).

But no, the insane corrupt dumb asses in Oregon are THREATENING the investigators.  That's how bad it is in Oregon, the Pioneer Police State.

Who enforces the law when a state is this lawless?
